We have a lot of space, but it always seems to get filled up with raw materials or finished goods waiting to be loaded onto trucks. The office part of the building is just a small corner partitioned off with some glass and aluminum. It’s where we handle the paperwork and try to stay on top of the orders coming in. Working in Udyog Kendra means you’re surrounded by other factories and warehouses, so there’s a lot of dust and noise from the heavy vehicles on the main road. We usually eat our lunch together in the small break area. It’s a practical environment without any frills. We focus on the production side of things and making sure the quality is what it’s supposed to be before things leave the building. There isn't much time for sitting around. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, so we all know the routine and just get on with the daily tasks without needing much direction.
