U & I Exim

U & I Exim is located at B- 62 in Sector- 80. It’s an industrial patch of land, so there are always trucks moving and people loading things. Our unit isn’t very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We focus on the import and export side of things. It’s a lot of logbooks and making sure the customs codes are right. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself, and Sector- 80 seemed like a practical spot with decent access. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate things. It’s just me and a few guys I’ve known for years. We do the heavy lifting ourselves most of the time. The office is basically just a couple of desks pushed together in the corner of the warehouse. It’s dusty and the air conditioner is a bit loud, but it gets the job done. We aren't out here trying to be the most famous company in the country. We just want to get the orders shipped without any mistakes. Sometimes we make errors, of course, but we just fix them and move on. We don't have any fancy brochures or a sales team. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever is calling. It’s a basic way to run a business, but it’s honest and it works for us. We’ve been here for several years and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
