Triveni Properties

Triveni Properties is located right by the Town Park and the District Court in Faridabad Sector 12. It’s a pretty active area because of all the court stuff happening nearby. We get a lot of people stopping by who are already in the area for legal work or just taking a walk in the park. The office is simple. We have some desks, a few old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps of the local sectors pinned to the walls. Sector 12 is a place we know inside and out. We spend a lot of time walking around showing people different flats or plots of land. Sometimes the weather is too hot for it, but that's just part of the job. We aren't a huge firm with a marketing department. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and writing things down in our big ledgers. We’ve been in this part of Faridabad for a long time. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels more like a community than a business district sometimes. We don’t have any fancy slogans or anything like that. We just try to help people find a place that fits what they actually want. Sometimes deals take forever and other times they happen fast. We just stay patient and keep the tea kettle going in the back room. It’s a steady kind of life here near the park. We like the trees and the daily bustle of the court crowds.
