Tripathi Hospital

Tripathi Hospital is located right off NH-1A in the Sector-119 area. It’s a very convenient spot for people who are traveling along the highway and need to stop. We get quite a few visitors simply because of where we are situated. Sector-119 is still developing in some parts, but it feels a bit more open and less crowded than the middle of the city. Our building stands out well enough that you can't miss it from the road. We started this hospital because there was a clear need for medical help in this specific part of the region. Every single day is different for us here. Some days are quite slow with just a few scheduled appointments, while other days the emergency section is absolutely non-stop with people coming in. We don't really have a lot of those fancy corporate policies or long manuals. We just try to treat everyone fairly and help them get back on their feet so they can go home. The staff mostly comes from the nearby sectors, so we are all locals. We have a small canteen area where we usually sit and eat our meals together. The sound of the highway traffic has just become background music to us over the years. We stay focused on the patients and the tasks we have to finish. It’s a very straightforward way to run a hospital. We have the gear we need and people who know how to work it.
