We’ve been set up here at A 195 Raju Park for a good while now. It’s right near Deoli Village in New Delhi 62, so there is always a lot of movement around the office. Most days, you’ll find us busy with paperwork or out at sites checking on how things are coming along. Today Homes & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd isn't some giant faceless corporation; it's mostly just us working through the daily tasks of managing building projects and infrastructure stuff. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with the traffic, but that is just New Delhi for you. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to, and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere. People stop by to ask about housing or local developments. It's not always glamorous work. There is a lot of back and forth with contractors and trying to make sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. We have been in this spot for a bit, and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy. We handle the day-to-day operations from this little corner of the city. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but we just get on with it. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the lanes here if you don’t know the area well, but once you find Raju Park, we are right there. It is a real place with real people working here every day.
