Teertham Foundation

We are up on the 14th floor of Tower 12 in Nirala Estate. Our flat number is 1403. It is in Techzone 4, Greater Noida. Being this high up gives us a good view of the surrounding area, which is still developing quite fast. Teertham Foundation is basically run from this apartment. We have turned the main room into an office area with some desks and computers. It is a bit different from a traditional office, but it works for us. We have to go through security at the gate every day, which is just how things are in these big complexes. The elevators are usually quick, but we avoid the busy times when everyone is going to work. We spend a lot of time here on the phones and doing data entry. It is just a small group of us. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We just use this space to manage everything. Sometimes it feels a bit strange working from a residential tower, but it is comfortable and quiet. We have our files organized in the corner and a small table for when we need to have a quick chat about our plans. Greater Noida is a bit far out for some, but we like it here. It is a steady environment for the kind of work we are doing with the foundation.
