TCIS Properties

The office here in Sector 22, building number 3, is where we spend most of our time. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to think. We focus on properties around here because this is the neighborhood we actually know. My desk is usually covered in sticky notes and old brochures that I haven’t thrown away yet. There’s a small fan in the corner that makes a clicking sound, but we’re used to it. People drop by mostly to ask about rents or if anything new has come on the market. We don't have those big flashy signs. It’s just the name on the door. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the legal bits, so we just take it one step at a time. The tea stall around the corner is where we get our morning fix. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we don't have long commutes. It feels more like a small family operation than a big company. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is close to finishing. The filing cabinets are getting pretty full. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a house has a leaky roof, we say so. It’s better that way. We've been in Sector 22 for a good stretch of time now and don't plan on moving anywhere else.
