Surya Herbal Ltd

Working out of Sector-59 in Noida, our place at C-33 is always smelling like dried leaves and roots. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and people heading to work early in the morning. Surya Herbal Ltd has a decent-sized space here where we process all the herbal ingredients. It’s not like a sterile hospital; it feels more like a big kitchen sometimes because of the grinding and mixing. We have rows of sacks filled with different plants and powders stacked up in the warehouse. The machines we use are loud, but they do the job of getting the herbs ready for the next stage. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a lot of local talk during the lunch breaks. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment and making sure the floor stays tidy, though the dust from the herbs is hard to avoid. It’s a lot of repetitive work, measuring out portions and sealing the packets. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations in the office because we’re usually out on the floor seeing how the batches are turning out. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We just try to keep the quality consistent and get the orders out to the shops on time.
