Down in Phase II of Noida, at B-188, that’s where you’ll find our main setup. It is a big industrial area and there is always something moving around here. Being in Gautam Budh Nagar means we are right in the middle of all the manufacturing action. A lot of people come in and out every shift. It gets quite hectic during the middle of the day. The building itself has seen a lot of work over the years. We focus on parts and systems, mostly for cars and such, though we don't talk about it in a flashy way. It’s just parts. You walk inside and it’s rows of machines and people in uniforms busy with their tasks. There is a specific rhythm to the place. We don't really have time for sitting around. The noise of the assembly lines is just part of the background for us. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the heat gets to be a lot, but we just keep the lines moving. Storage for finished goods takes up a lot of room because they go out pretty fast. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a local community even though the facility is quite large. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want the stuff we make to work properly when it leaves the gate. That's the main thing on our minds every single day of the week.
