Our main office is located at 409-B in the E-Block of Sector Gamma-1 out in Greater Noida. It’s a permanent spot for us, and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the years. We deal with travel bookings and helping people plan their trips. The office is basically just a few of us surrounded by stacks of brochures and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets a bit loud when we’re all on the phone at once, but we’re used to it. We don't have a fancy lounge for customers or anything like that. People usually just pull up a chair and we talk through their plans. It’s a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often go out for a quick snack or some tea during the afternoon slump. Working in travel means we hear a lot of stories about where people want to go and why. Listening to their stories is part of the job and we try to find something that fits what they’re looking for. There isn't a big secret to how we work. Our daily routine involves showing up, answering the emails, and talking to the airlines or hotels. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, which is just part of life here in U.P. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of branches. We’re just this one office in Gamma-1, doing our best to help folks get from one place to another.
