You can find us in Noida, specifically in Village Barola near Vidhayak Chowk. It’s a busy little area, and we’re set up at Krishan Sharma’s place. Working in a spot like Sector-49 means there’s always people moving around outside the doors. We handle steering systems, which is mostly about getting the parts right and making sure everything fits like it should. It’s a bit of a dusty environment sometimes, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. The team here is mostly locals or people who moved into Noida for jobs. We start the day with a quick chat about what needs to be moved out and what’s coming in. Vidhayak Chowk is a good landmark, so people usually don’t have trouble finding us once they get close to Barola. The building isn't anything like those big glass towers you see in other parts of Noida. It’s more of a working man’s space. We have a lot of crates piled up and the smell of metal is everywhere. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big shipment is due to go out. We take our breaks when we can get them. It’s a lot of physical effort, and everyone puts in their share. We don’t really do big speeches or anything, we just get on with the steering assembly. It’s a steady rhythm that keeps the place going from Monday to Saturday every week.
