At Smr Automotive Systems India Ltd, our facility is situated at C-26, Sec-58, in Gautam Budh Nagar. This part of the city is very industrial, so you will see lots of other factories and large buildings all around us. We have been at this location for quite some time, and it has become our second home. The building is quite big since we handle automotive systems, so there is always a lot of space dedicated to parts and assembly. If you walked inside, you would hear the constant hum of machines and the sound of forklifts moving pallets around the floor. It is a very busy place, and we don't really have time for anything that isn't related to the job at hand. We don't have any fancy lobby or expensive furniture; it is all very practical and focused on the work. Our team is made up of a lot of different people, from the ones on the assembly line to the folks handling the inventory in the back. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily production schedule without any major hiccups. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector, and we have to switch over to the generators, which is always a bit of a hassle. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving. We aren't here to make big claims or give speeches, just to do the work we are supposed to do every day.
