Smcc Construction Limited Japan (Mnc)

This is the Smcc Construction Limited Japan branch office located right here in Tri Nagar, Delhi. We are at 2248/171 Post Office Street. It is a bit of a narrow road, and the building we are in is quite old but sturdy enough for our needs. People often get confused because of the Japan part of the name, but we are very much a local operation in terms of our daily routine. We handle a lot of the coordination for the MNC from this specific spot. The office stays busy with a mix of local staff and the occasional visitor. We have a lot of maps on the walls and folders that are thick with project details. The lighting isn't the best, but we make it work. It feels like a real workplace where actual construction planning happens, not some staged corporate showroom. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on the phone. The noise from Post Office Street is pretty constant, especially during the middle of the day. We have a small staff and everyone knows each other well. We don't really do the whole formal corporate culture thing. We just focus on the tasks at hand. If you come by, you will probably see us drinking tea and talking over blueprints.
