Skyworks Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is based on the ground floor of A-165 in Sector-19, Noida. We chose the ground floor because it makes things a lot easier when we have people coming in or deliveries arriving. Being in Sector-19 means we are surrounded by other businesses and shops, so it’s a lively area to be in during the day. Our daily routine involves a lot of technical work and figuring out solutions for different projects. We have several rooms filled with equipment and desks where the team spends most of their time. It’s not the quietest office, as there is usually someone talking about a problem or typing away on a keyboard. We try to keep things simple and focus on the tasks we have in front of us. It is quite a normal workspace, with the usual office stuff like half-empty water bottles and stacks of paper here and there. We have been in Noida for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the city. We don't really do big speeches or formal presentations; we just get down to work when we arrive in the morning. Sector-19 is a good location for us and we’ve made our space at A-165 comfortable enough for the long hours we sometimes put in. It’s just us doing our bit in the tech world, one day at a time, without any extra fuss or complicated corporate stuff.
