Skv Builders & Developers

Skv Builders & Developers occupies a few spots in Sector 18, specifically units 102, 103, and 115. Having the office split up like that means we do a lot of walking back and forth between rooms. It keeps us active, at least. Unit 102 is mostly for meeting people, while 115 is where we keep all the heavy files and the drafting tables. It’s a bit of a peculiar setup, but it happened as we needed more space over the years. Sector 18 is always moving, so there’s a lot of energy just outside the door. We don't have a "corporate culture" or anything like that. We’re just a group of builders who know how to put things together. Most of our clothes have a bit of dust on them from being out at the sites. We don't mind. We talk about budgets, bricks, and labor costs all day long. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s dark outside and we’re still arguing over a floor plan. It’s just the way it goes when you care about getting the details right. We’ve been at these Sector 18 units for quite a while now, and the neighbors are all used to us. We’re just regular people trying to build decent buildings without making a huge fuss about it.
