Our office is located at D-43 in Sector-11. It is a pretty standard industrial block like many others in the area. Siria Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a good while now. We spend the majority of our time dealing with customs forms and checking on shipping schedules. The space is mostly just desks and some storage area in the back for samples. Sector-11 is a decent place to work, though finding a parking spot in the morning is a real nightmare for everyone. We handle a mix of imports and exports every week. Every day feels a bit different depending on what might be stuck at the port or what needs to be picked up by the drivers. We are not a huge team at all. Just a handful of us who have learned the routine over the years. We do not do much in the way of advertising our business. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they happened to see the sign on our door while passing by. It is not a shiny or polished corporate environment. There are usually stacks of files everywhere you look. We just focus on the logistics of moving things. If a client calls with a question, we answer it. If a shipment is running late, we spend time tracking it down. That is the whole job. Siria Impex is just our small corner of the world here and we like it that way.
