You can find Simon Trading Co. at A-112 in Sector-83, Phase II. This part of Noida is quite industrial, so there is always a lot of dust and trucks moving around the roads. Our office and storage space are right here, which makes it convenient for us to keep an eye on everything we are trading. The building is a standard block, nothing fancy to look at, but it has plenty of room for our stocks. We spend most of our mornings unloading things or sorting through the inventory that came in the night before. It can get quite hot in the summers here, so we have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving while we work. We aren't the type of people to wear suits; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable for moving boxes around. There are a lot of other companies nearby, so the whole area feels like a giant hub of activity. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or use the backup if we really need to get a message through. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We’ve been at A-112 for a long time now, and we know all the neighbors. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders out on time without making any big mistakes. It is just plain, honest trading work that we do day in and day out without much complaint.
