Down here in Village Mamoora, things feel a bit different than the main parts of Sector 66. Shri Kesar is tucked away in the lanes here. It’s a place where we do things our own way. I’ve been living and working in this area for a long time, so I know most of the people who walk past our door. The shop isn't very large, and it sits right on one of the main paths through the village. We get a mix of local residents and people who work in the big offices nearby but come into Mamoora for something more familiar. The building is old, and we’ve had to fix the roof a few times when it rains hard. Inside, it’s just a regular space with some benches and a counter. We don’t go in for anything flashy. It’s more about being a part of the daily routine for everyone. Some mornings are slow when the fog is thick, and we just sit and wait for the first customers to arrive. By midday, it gets much busier. There’s always someone coming in with a story or a bit of gossip from the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple and honest. Village Mamoora has changed a lot with all the construction in Sector 66, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. It’s a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but it is home for us and our work.
