We’ve got benches set up where the assembly happens. It is steady work. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. Sector-10 is a busy area, so there is always some noise from the neighbors. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just the owners and the workers doing the actual labor. We spend our time checking connections and making sure the switchgears are put together right. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to start over on a piece, but that's just part of the job. We keep a small fridge for water and lunch. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We've been at this address for a long time. The street has changed, new neighbors have moved in, but we just keep doing what we do at D-176. It is honest work. We don't make big promises; we just show up and finish the orders.
