Shipra Hotels ( Mosaic ) Noida is actually managed from an address at 3/37 Sector-2 in Rajender Nagar, Ghaziabad. Even though the name says Noida, this office in Ghaziabad is where a lot of the back-end work happens. We are in a regular neighborhood in U.P. and it feels very much like a local operation. We handle the hotel business, dealing with bookings, staff issues, and the general day-to-day things that come with running a place like Mosaic. The office isn't very large, and it’s usually filled with the sound of people talking on the phone or typing away at keyboards. Rajender Nagar is a typical busy area, and we have been at this 3/37 spot for some time now. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby here; this is just where the work gets done so the hotels can run properly. It’s a lot of coordination between the different departments. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the tasks. It’s a practical setup and we don't spend much time on anything that isn't related to the job. We are just a hotel group trying to keep things organized from our Ghaziabad office. The daily routine keeps us quite busy but we manage to get through everything by the end of the shift most days.
