Shapoorji Pallonji &Co. Ltd. has another spot in Greater Noida, specifically at I-290 Beta-II. This is a different vibe from the Swarn Nagri office. Beta-II is a well-known area and we have been set up here for a bit now. The office is straightforward and practical. We don't like wasting space on things that don't help us get the job done. It's mostly desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets full of site plans. The staff here are locals for the most part, so we know the area inside out. We don't spend money on fancy signage or marketing materials. Word of mouth and just being present on the ground is how we operate. It's an honest way to work. We face the same issues as everyone else, like when the power goes out or the internet gets slow. We just deal with it and keep moving forward. The projects we manage from here are important to us, and we take the daily tasks seriously without being too stiff about it. You can usually hear a bit of laughter along with the sound of typing. It’s a real workplace for real people. If you are in Beta-II, you can find us easily enough. We aren't hiding, just busy working on the next phase of whatever project is on the desk today. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but we make sure to have plenty of tea to keep us going.
