Our office for Shapoorji Pallonji &Co. Ltd is located at C-110 in Swarn Nagri, Greater Noida. This part of Uttar Pradesh has grown so fast, and being right here in Swarn Nagri puts us in the middle of it all. It’s a standard office setup where the administrative staff spends most of their time. We deal with a lot of the logistics for the sites around this area. It isn't always quiet because there is always something happening, whether it is a delivery arriving or a meeting starting up. We keep the place tidy, but it's a working office, so you'll see stacks of paper and drawing tubes everywhere. There is a sense of getting things done rather than looking pretty. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain. It's just desks, chairs, and people working hard. The weather in Greater Noida can be tough, but we have good air conditioning now, which helps a lot. Most of the folks here have been with the company for a long time. We know the local roads and the quickest ways to get to the sites. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the C-block signs. We are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s just a regular group of people trying to keep the projects on track and the paperwork in order. We usually have lunch together around one and talk about things other than work.
