Sham Paints Industries

We have been here at D-93, Sector 2 for quite a while now. Sham Paints Industries is just a place where we show up every morning and get things moving. The gate stays open most of the day because there is always some truck coming in or leaving. Sector 2 is usually busy, so there is a lot of dust and noise from the road, but we are used to it by now. Inside the building, it’s mostly just cans and mixing gear. It isn’t fancy at all. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the lids are on tight. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets to you, especially in the afternoon when the sun hits the roof. People around here know the building because of the sign out front, though it’s a bit faded. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. Most of the work happens right on the floor where the mess is. If someone drops a bucket, you hear it across the whole yard. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It's a job, and we've been doing it at this spot for a long time. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office besides the phones. We just try to get the day done and make sure everything is ready for the next one.
