SHAFT Energies Pvt.Ltd. is based at D-98 in Sector-63. If you know the area, it is a huge industrial and commercial hub. Our building is pretty much like all the others on this block, nothing too fancy. We work on energy solutions, but we do not like to make it sound more complicated than it is. It is about power and making things run for our clients. Our team is small and we have been working out of this Sector-63 office for a while now. It is a lot of technical work, sitting in front of screens or testing equipment in the back area. The neighborhood is always busy with traffic, and finding parking can be a real pain some days. We do not have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just hears the door and comes out to see who it is. We spend our days troubleshooting and trying to keep up with the projects we have. It is not a glamorous life, but we like what we do. We are not big on slogans or missions. We just want to finish the work we started and make sure it is done right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we are just catching up on the boring paperwork. It is just a normal business with real people trying to stay busy and provide for their families. That is the reality of our life here.
