Sevice Solutions System

Our office is at No. 3472 in Sector-37. It’s a pretty standard building and we have been here for a good while now. Sevice Solutions System is where we handle all the service requests that come in through the day. The place is filled with filing cabinets and a few desks that are usually piled high with papers. It’s not the most organized looking spot, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about their problems and trying to figure out how to fix them. Sometimes the office is really quiet and all you can hear is the hum of the old air conditioner. Other times, everyone is talking at once and it gets a bit chaotic. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which is how we start most of our mornings. Sector-37 is a decent area to work in, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you get here late. We don't really do much marketing or anything like that, we just wait for the phone to ring and then we deal with whatever comes up. Most of the people who work here have been doing this for years, so we don't need to explain things to each other much. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the sun goes down. It's a living.
