Working out here at C-26 in Sector-58 feels different than being in the middle of the city. It’s an industrial area, so you see a lot of trucks and big crates moving around at all hours. Our building is a solid place where we get the work done without making a big fuss about it. Inside, there’s always that hum of activity that you only get in a real production environment. It’s not particularly quiet, but it’s a productive kind of noise that makes you feel like the day is moving along. We’ve got a lot of people coming in for different shifts, so the faces change but the work stays steady. You’ll see guys in uniform heading to the canteen or groups of us standing near the gate for a quick break when the weather is decent. Sector-58 can get pretty dusty and the roads aren't always the smoothest, but we’ve made this spot our own over the years. We handle a lot of parts and technical stuff, so there’s always a bit of grease or metal around if you look closely enough. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have those flashy glass walls you see in the new tech parks; it’s more about brick and steel and getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the power flickers, and we all just wait a second for the backup to kick in before going right back to whatever we were doing in the first place.
