You can find us at A-8 in Sector 83, Phase II. We are pretty close to the Hyundai showroom, which usually helps people find the turn since the street signs aren't always great. Kva Power Equipments is really just a bunch of us working with heavy electrical stuff. We deal with power equipment, so there’s always a lot of heavy lifting and testing going on in the back. The workshop is big enough for the gear we handle, but it feels cramped when we have a lot of big units in for servicing at the same time. It’s a dusty part of town, but that’s expected in an industrial sector like Noida. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms with catering. Usually, we just eat at our desks or head out to one of the local dhabas for some parathas. The work can be demanding, especially when there’s a rush for power backup stuff during the hot summer months. We’ve spent a lot of time learning the ins and outs of transformers and voltage stabilizers. It’s noisy work, and we all have our specific roles to play. Some are better at the technical wiring, while others handle the heavy assembly and moving parts. We’ve been at this location for a while and the landmarks like the showroom make it easy for the delivery drivers to find us. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and keeps us busy. We just try to keep the equipment running and the paperwork in order so we can go home.
