Vertika Industries

We are located over at E- 18B in Sector- 8. It’s an industrial area, so there isn’t much to look at besides other buildings and the trucks coming in and out. Vertika Industries is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a practical space. We have the machines set up in a way that makes sense for the workflow, even if it looks a bit crowded to an outsider. The floor is concrete and there is always a bit of dust in the air, no matter how much we sweep. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and goes to see who it is. We’ve been running things this way for a long time. The heat in the summer can be tough in Sector- 8, but we have some fans that keep the air moving a little bit. We make things, we pack them up, and we send them off. It is simple work but it requires us to pay attention so nothing goes wrong. Most of us have lived nearby for years, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Word of mouth seems to do enough for us. It’s just a regular factory doing regular work every day.
