Prudent Exim

At F - 88/8, you’ll find us working away at Prudent Exim. It’s a bit of a funny address to find if you aren't from around here, but once you know where it is, it’s easy. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some sturdy shelves, and a lot of logbooks. We aren't big on digital everything; some stuff still feels better written down on paper. Our days are mostly about logistics. We track where things are and where they need to go next. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. That’s just part of being in this area. We don’t have a fancy sign or a big glass front. It’s just a door with the name on it. The people here have been working together for a long time, so we don’t really need many rules. Everyone just knows what their job is. It gets a bit loud when the trucks come by to pick up the crates, but we’re used to it. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there’s paper everywhere. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work and go home when it's finished. It’s a regular life for regular people. We keep it simple.
