Global Fashions

Global Fashions is situated at F- 76, Sector 8. It’s a pretty standard industrial sector layout. You have these rows of blocks and we’re just one of them. The F- 76 address is where we’ve set up our main operations. It’s a fairly large space, but we’ve filled it up with racks and inventory over time. The street outside is usually lined with trucks and bikes, especially in the mornings when everyone is arriving. We don’t have any fancy stuff in the office, just a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork that needs filing. Most of our day is spent out on the floor, checking the garments and seeing what needs to go out next. Sector 8 is a good place to be for this kind of work because everything we need is nearby. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works for us. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work, like when it’s too humid, but we manage. We aren't a huge team, but we know what we’re doing. The 76 unit is basically where we live for eight to ten hours a day. We deal with various types of clothing and it’s mostly about keeping the volume up and the mistakes down. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular things. We don't bother with any big mission statements, we just make sure the pieces are packed and ready for the daily pickups.
