Royal Residencies

Royal Residencies is located in Sharrafabad, specifically in Sector-73. We are very close to Pradhan Market, which is the main hub for everyone living around here. If you know the market, you can find us pretty easily. We manage the living spaces here and it keeps us quite busy. There is always someone moving in or moving out, or something that needs fixing in one of the rooms. The area has grown a lot lately. It used to be much quieter, but now there are shops and people everywhere. We spend a lot of our time walking back and forth between the office and the different units. It’s a lot of keys and checking lists. The dust from the nearby construction can be a bit much sometimes, but we try our best to keep the place looking decent. It’s not a hotel with a five-star lobby; it’s more of a practical place for people to stay. We talk to the residents every day and hear about their lives. Sometimes we sit out front near the market entrance when things are slow. Dealing with property in Sector-73 means you have to be ready for anything, from plumbing issues to lost keys at midnight. It’s just part of the daily routine for us here. We like being near the market because everything we need is just a short walk away.
