Sonis Leather Craft

You can find us over at E-74 in Sector 7. We are located right across from the Hanuman Mandir. It is a very good landmark for us because everyone in the area knows where the temple is. We work with leather in this shop. The smell of the hides is quite strong when you first walk through the door, but we do not really notice it anymore because we are here all day long. We make all kinds of different things out of leather. There are tools scattered across our workbenches, like knives, hammers, and thick needles. It is messy work and our hands usually have some dye or glue on them by the time lunch rolls around. We do not have a big fancy storefront with glass windows. It is more of a workshop where we actually sit and make the items. Sometimes people come in with a leather bag or a belt they want repaired, and we see if we can fix it for them. Other times they are looking for something custom. We spend a lot of time picking out the right hides and cutting them down to the proper size. The light in the shop is a bit dim in certain corners, so we often have to move closer to the front door to see the fine details. It is just us working away. The temple across the street is always busy, especially on Tuesdays, so there is always a lot of noise and people around.
