We operate out of Sector-7 at the A-46 47 units. It’s a combined space because we needed the extra room for all the equipment and paperwork that piles up. Dealing with projects means there is always something moving, whether it's a new plan or a physical shipment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site drawings on the big table. It isn’t always glamorous. There’s a lot of coordination involved, making sure people show up when they say they will and that the materials aren't sitting out in the rain. We've stayed in this area because it’s easy for the crew to get to. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office besides the computers. We don't put on airs here. If you walk in, you'll see stacks of files and maybe a few samples of what we're currently working on. We try to keep things organized, but when three different things are happening at once, it gets a bit messy. That's just how the industry is. We've learned to deal with the unexpected over time. It's about getting from point A to point B without too many headaches. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we don't get surprised much anymore. We just keep our heads down and finish the list for the day. Sometimes we finish early, but usually, we are here until the sun goes down, checking everything one last time.
