Gupta Ortho Aids

Our shop, Gupta Ortho Aids, is situated at E-9 in Sector-7. It is a quiet part of the sector, mostly residential with a few other small businesses nearby. We deal with things like walkers, crutches, and various types of braces for knees and backs. The shop is full of these items, so it can feel a bit cramped when a few people are inside at once. Inside the back area, there is a workbench where we sometimes adjust the fit of a brace. The smell of rubber and fabric is quite strong. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept on the tall metal shelves. The front window lets in a good amount of light, but we still use some overhead tubes that flicker every now and then. People come to us when they are having a hard time moving around, so we try to keep the entrance clear and easy to step into. There is a small wooden stool where people can sit while they try on a support or a belt. A lot of our time is spent explaining how the straps work or how to adjust the height of a walking stick. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the evening. The neighborhood is peaceful, which makes the days go by smoothly without much stress. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and help out the locals.
