Girdhar Industries Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Sector- 64, specifically at plot B- 38. This area is mostly industrial, so there are a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day. Our building is a simple one, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, it’s mostly workspace and a bit of storage for the materials we use. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started. Most of the people working here live nearby and have been with us for a long time. It’s not a quiet place; there’s always some machine running or someone moving boxes around. We have a small office area near the front where we handle all the paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or use the backup generator if things are urgent. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches or big presentations. Most of the day is spent checking the quality of what’s coming off the line. We keep things pretty simple. The lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside if the weather is nice. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly so we can send the orders out on time. It’s a routine we’ve perfected over the years, and it works for us. Everyone knows their job, and we just get on with it without much fuss.
