Our place, Sg Fashions, is at F-450 in Sector-63. It’s a pretty standard industrial sector, so you’ll see lots of similar buildings all around us. We have been here for a while now, and our daily life is mostly about the production floor. It’s not a fancy office or a shop where people just browse. We are usually busy with machines and fabrics. The building is a bit grey, and it can get hot during the summer months, even with the big fans going. We have a set routine. We arrive early, check the schedules, and get started. There’s always the sound of sewing machines or cutting tools in the background. It’s a lot of standing and moving around for everyone. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. We just focus on the garments and making sure the counts are right. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but we don’t mind it much. Sector-63 has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of that. We eat our lunch together in the small break area we have. It’s simple. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that on the walls. We just have our work orders and the materials we need. We've been doing this for long enough that we don't need to overcomplicate it. Just showing up and doing the work is what matters to us and how we get through the week.
