Our office is over at G-19 in Sector 63. If you’ve been to this part of Noida, you know it’s filled with blocks of industrial and commercial buildings. We are just one of those units. We do work related to infrastructure and technical planning. The office is a bit plain, with white walls and a lot of workstations. We have rolls of drawings and technical documents spread out on most of the tables. It’s not a fancy place where we host big parties. We are mostly busy with our heads down, looking at spreadsheets or planning out project phases. The team is made up of about a dozen people. We deal with a lot of external contractors and site managers. The morning commute into Sector 63 can be a bit of a drag because of the roadwork, but we’re used to it. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat during the afternoons. We aren't trying to pretend we are some giant global firm. We are just a solid team of people trying to get these infra projects finished correctly. Sometimes we have to work weekends if a deadline is coming up, but that’s just how it is in this industry. We don't have a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk about the work and what needs to get done next.
