Xmplar Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is located over at C 51. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, although the mornings can be a bit of a rush when everyone is trying to get in and start their day. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly stuff to do with how businesses are run and managed behind the scenes. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens for hours, if I’m being honest. We’ve got a small team and we’ve known each other for quite a bit. It’s not a huge corporate setup, just a regular office where we try to stay on top of our emails and the tasks we have. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams at the worst moment, which is annoying, but that’s just life in an office like this. We don't really do the whole flashy corporate culture thing. We just come in, have our coffee, and get through the list of things that need doing. The address at C 51 is pretty easy to find once you know the area well. We’ve been here for a good stretch now. It feels like home in a way, even if it is just where we work every day. We don't have any big speeches to give about ourselves. We are just here doing the work. Usually, we're out by six unless something urgent pops up that we have to fix. It’s a simple routine, but it works for us and keeps things moving along.
