We are over here at G-10 Ashirwad Complex in Sector 53, just a short walk from Mithas Restaurant. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around lunch because of the food places nearby. Ujjwal Dreams Buildcon Private Limited is basically just us in a small office filled with rolls of blueprints and dusty site boots tucked under the desks. It is not a flashy place with glass walls or fancy coffee machines. We mostly spend our time on the phone with contractors or looking at maps of the local land. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy dealing with cement deliveries and labor schedules to worry about that. Sometimes people wander in thinking we are part of the restaurant, and we have to point them back toward the street. The traffic out front on the main road is always a bit of a mess, so we usually try to get our site visits done early in the morning. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the paperwork piles up higher than we like. We just keep things moving one day at a time. The office fan makes a clicking sound that we have stopped noticing after all these months. It is just a regular local business doing what we do. We have been in this complex for a bit now and the neighbors are alright, mostly quiet shops.
