The Shoppers Shop

We have our shop at E 15 in Sector 39, which is quite close to the Noida City Center metro station. Being so near the metro means we get a lot of people just passing through or stopping in on their way home from work. The shop itself is a bit of a mix of everything, which is why we call it The Shoppers Shop. We have various items on the shelves, and I try to keep things organized, though it’s hard when people are constantly moving stuff around. The lighting inside is okay, but we could probably use a few more bulbs in the back corner. I spend a lot of time behind the counter, watching the door and waiting for the next customer. Noida Sector 39 is a nice area, a bit more relaxed than the busier markets, but still has its busy hours in the evening. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that; people usually just find us because they are in the neighborhood or they’ve been told about us by a friend. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic, and the front window needs a good wipe every other day because of the city grime. It’s a simple business, really. We just open up in the morning, sell what we have, and close up when it gets dark. It’s our daily life here near the city center.
