Adya Impex Pvt. Ltd.

We run Adya Impex Pvt. Ltd. from our office at B-51 in Sector-20. It’s a decent-sized plot with enough room for our small team to work comfortably. We’ve been in Sector-20 for several years now and we like the neighborhood. It’s got a good mix of small offices and houses. Our building is painted a plain white, and we have a small patch of grass out front that we try to keep green. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and storage for the items we export. We aren't a huge corporation with different departments for everything. Usually, the same person who answers the phone is the one who helps pack the crates. We find that this helps us keep track of things better. We don't use much fancy language or have big meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be shipped this week and we do it. Sometimes we have issues with the electricity or the water, but that’s just part of being here. We have a small table in the back where we eat our lunch. The work can be repetitive, checking weights and measuring boxes, but it’s what we know how to do. We prefer it this way, just staying local and focusing on the day-to-day tasks. If you come by, you’ll find us in our work clothes, probably dealing with a transporter or checking a ledger. It is just a normal business.
