We have been over here at C-124 Sector 2 for a while now. The machines get pretty loud during the day, but that is just how it goes in the packaging business. Mostly we deal with boxes and various wraps for other companies around the area. It is a lot of physical work, loading trucks and making sure the rolls are lined up right. Sometimes the office gets dusty because of all the cardboard, but we try to keep it decent. People usually just drop by if they need to talk about an order. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything, just the workspace and the storage area out back. It is a regular industrial spot where we spend most of our mornings and late afternoons. My desk is usually covered in sample scraps and tape rolls. We have seen a lot of businesses in this sector change over the years, but we are still here doing our thing. It is not glamorous work, just making sure stuff is packed up securely so it does not break. You get used to the smell of glue and fresh paper after a few hours. Usually, we are just focused on getting the next batch of cartons ready for the morning pickup. If you come by, you will probably see the guys moving pallets around or checking the printing plates. We just keep our heads down and get the boxes out the door.
