Ascent Bpo Pvt. Ltd.

We are located in Sector 2, right at C63, near the SBI Bank. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the landmark. Ascent Bpo Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we handle a lot of phone calls and data entry for other businesses. The office is full of computers and headsets. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time, but we’ve gotten used to the hum of voices. We have people working different shifts since the work never really stops. The chairs are a bit worn out and the desks are crowded with coffee mugs and notebooks. We aren't doing anything glamorous. It’s mostly just answering questions and typing things into spreadsheets all day long. Being near the bank means there’s always people moving around outside. We take our breaks at the small tea stall nearby. Most of the staff are young and looking to get some experience in a professional setting. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see people working. It’s a steady job for a lot of us here in the sector. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks one by one. It can be long hours, but we make it work and the group here is mostly friendly. We just do the work we are given.
