Priyank Boutique

Priyank Boutique is tucked away in Sector 19 A Bock. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which makes coming to work quite pleasant compared to the busier markets. We have a small shopfront that we’ve decorated with a few bits and pieces over the years. Nothing too fancy, just enough so people know what we do. Mostly, it’s just the sound of scissors and the hum of the machines inside. We spend a lot of our time measuring and pinning things. It’s a slow process if you want to do it right, so we don't rush. Residents from the Bock often drop by just to say hello or ask about a repair. We’ve become a bit of a fixture in Sector 19. Sometimes we have a backlog of work sitting on the chairs, but we get through it eventually. The light in the afternoon is really good for seeing the fine details on the fabric. We don’t really do big advertising. Most people find us because their neighbor told them about the boutique. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us handling everything from the first cut to the final stitch. We like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything. There’s no big boss in a suit here, just us in our work clothes trying to make things that look decent. It’s honest work and we enjoy the quiet life in this specific part of the sector.
