Our office is in Sector 16, Noida, located at A - 6. It is a fairly typical part of the city, surrounded by other office blocks and industrial buildings. Quadra Infratel Synergies Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite a few years now, and the daily routine stays pretty much the same. Noida is a busy place to work, especially with the morning traffic, but once we are inside, we just focus on getting through the day's tasks. We deal with infrastructure and telecom work, which means our desks are usually covered in technical drawings, maps, and various schedules. It is not a quiet place to be. There is usually someone talking on the phone or a few of us gathered around a table trying to figure out a problem with a project. We do not go in for any of that modern office fluff. Our furniture is just there to be used, and the kettle for tea is probably the most important thing we own. We have a small, dedicated team that looks after the planning and the paperwork. The work can be tough, and sometimes we have to stay late to make sure everything is ready for a deadline. Being in this part of Uttar Pradesh, India, means it gets very hot in the summer months, so we are grateful for the air conditioning. We just try to keep things moving along steadily without making any big claims about it.
