Super Cake Shop

Down at the Cdr Complex in Sector-15, the smell of baking usually starts pretty early in the morning. At Super Cake Shop, we don’t really have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Most of the space is taken up by the ovens and the big mixing bowls. Tirupur is a busy town, and we see a lot of people passing through this part of the complex every day. We spend a lot of time cracking eggs and weighing out flour. It’s a bit messy, and there’s usually a dusting of white powder on the floor by noon. We make the usual stuff like cakes for birthdays, some bread, and whatever else people ask for. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to sell things. We just put the trays out and people buy what they like. The counter is a bit old, and the glass has a few scratches, but it holds the cakes just fine. On hot days, the kitchen gets really warm, so we keep the back door open to get a bit of a breeze. It’s a simple job, really. We make things, people eat them, and we go home and do it again the next day. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the regulars know exactly where to find us when they want something sweet for their family. It’s a basic shop, but it’s ours and we like the routine.
