Working out of the 5th floor in ATS Tower feels a bit different than being on the ground. We are over in Sector 135, Noida, which has grown a lot lately. You can see the traffic building up on the highway from our windows. Most of the day here at Sanmarg Projects is spent looking at screens, handling project files, and talking on the phone. It’s a quiet office for the most part, though things get a bit loud when everyone is trying to meet a deadline at the same time. We have a lot of paperwork to manage because that’s just how project work goes. The elevators in this building are usually busy during lunch hour, so we often just bring our own food and eat at the desks. It’s a modern building, but we keep our office pretty simple. We don’t have any fancy lounge areas or anything like that. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. The commute to this part of Noida is a bit long for some of us, but you get used to the routine after a few months. We deal with various sites and coordination, so there is always someone coming or going. It’s a lot of logistical planning and making sure the numbers add up. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under prints and notes. It's just a regular office life for us.
