Kapil Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located over at F-1 in Sector-11. It’s a pretty easy spot to find once you are in the sector. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s not a very big operation, just a few rooms where we handle all the import and export details. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and maps of various shipping routes. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking where shipments are or talking to people at the ports. It can get a bit stressful when a container is delayed, which happens more often than we’d like. But that is the nature of this work. We don’t have a flashy entrance or anything. Just a regular door with our name on it. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of the printer going and someone talking on a headset. We try to keep things organized, but files tend to pile up on the desks more than they should. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep the wheels turning. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know they can just call us directly and get a real person on the line. We don't use much fancy talk or business jargon. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to do it. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work for us here in Sector-11. We stay busy and that is enough.
