You can usually smell the fresh-cut wood before you even see Ms Plywood Timber Traders. We are located on Main Dadri Road in Salarpur, right in Sector 107. Being near the Madina Masjid means we hear the calls to prayer throughout the day, which gives the place a nice rhythm. Our yard is filled with stacks of plywood and long pieces of timber that we move around constantly. It’s a dusty job, and there’s always sawdust on our clothes and in our hair. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Most people just walk into the shed, point at the wood they need, and we help them load it up. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and measuring twice so we only have to cut once. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because we have to cover everything up quickly to keep the wood dry. The traffic on Dadri Road is always buzzing by, but we stay focused on the planks and boards in front of us. We aren't trying to be the biggest timber yard in the world. We just want to provide decent wood for the local builders and people working on their homes. It’s honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. We’ve been here in Salarpur for a while, just being part of the local scene and trying to keep the inventory stocked for whoever needs it next.
