Su Import Services Private Limited

Our office is located at D 225 in Sector 10. Su Import Services Private Limited is a small team, and we spend most of our time dealing with customs and shipping documents. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and being on the phone with people at the ports. Sector 10 is a decent area to work in, though the lunch options could be better. We’ve been here for a few years and the office has slowly filled up with stacks of folders and old files. We don't believe in that paperless office stuff; it just doesn't work for us. We like to see the physical records. It’s not a high-pressure environment here, though things can get a bit frantic when a shipment is delayed. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to get through the day's tasks without any major headaches. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, and other days we leave a bit early if the work is done. It’s a very human way of running a business. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just provide a service that people seem to need. If someone calls with a question, they usually get to talk to one of us directly, not a computer or a call center. It’s just us at D 225, trying to make the import process a little less confusing for the people who hire us.
